Terms of Service

Effective August 15, 2026

Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service govern your use of this website (taskpot.app), the Taskpot customer app, and the Taskpot Provider app (together, the "Service"). By accessing the website, creating an account, or using either app, you agree to these Terms.

Description of Service

Taskpot is software that connects customers and service providers through QR-based tickets, letting providers manage jobs and letting customers track their status. Taskpot provides the software only — it does not itself perform, supervise, or guarantee any provider's services.

Eligibility

You must be able to form a binding contract to use Taskpot, and you must comply with these Terms and all applicable laws. If you're using Taskpot on behalf of a business, you're confirming you have authority to bind that business to these Terms.

Accounts

You agree to provide accurate information when creating an account and to keep your login credentials secure. You're responsible for activity that happens through your account, and you should report any unauthorized access to uanikprojects@gmail.com promptly.

Acceptable Use

Use Taskpot lawfully and respectfully. Don't create false tickets, misuse another person's QR code, attempt to access accounts that aren't yours, interfere with the normal operation of the Service, or use information obtained through a ticket for anything unrelated to that job — including unrelated marketing, solicitation, or contact.

QR Codes, Tickets, and Workflows

A customer's QR code identifies their Taskpot account to a provider; it should be kept private and shown only to the intended provider. Providers should scan a customer's QR code only when authorized to open a ticket for that customer, and should enter accurate job information before proceeding.

Providers may create reusable workflows (saved item lists) to speed up ticket creation. Ticket statuses, item progress, and notes should be kept accurate and updated in good faith as work happens.

Content You Submit

Don't submit content — including ticket notes, photos, or workflow names — that is unlawful, threatening, abusive, misleading, or that contains private information unrelated to the ticket. Don't use ticket notes to store passwords or payment credentials. You allow Taskpot to store and display content you submit as needed to provide the Service to the relevant customer or provider.

Provider–Customer Relationship

Taskpot provides the software connecting customers and providers; it is not a party to the underlying service arrangement between them. Taskpot is not responsible for a provider's work quality, pricing, delays, or conduct, or for a customer's payment or conduct — disputes about the underlying job are between the customer and provider.

Intellectual Property

The Taskpot name, logos, apps, and this website are owned by Taskpot. These Terms don't grant you any rights to our trademarks or branding beyond what's needed to use the Service as intended.

Service Availability and Changes

We may change, suspend, or discontinue features of the Service at any time. We don't guarantee that the website or apps will always be available, error-free, or compatible with every device or operating system version.

Suspension and Termination

We may restrict or suspend access to the Service for misuse, security risk, violation of these Terms, or legal reasons. You may request deletion of your account at any time from the app's profile screen.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Taskpot won't be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from a provider's services, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Taskpot harmless from claims, damages, or expenses arising from your misuse of the Service or your violation of these Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as Taskpot changes. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date at the top of this page, and continued use of the website or apps after an update means you agree to the revised Terms.
