Delete your account

This applies to both Taskpot (customer app) and Taskpot Provider. Account deletion is self-serve from inside either app, and takes effect immediately.

In the app

Open the app and sign in
Open Taskpot (customer) or Taskpot Provider and sign in to the account you want to delete.

Go to Profile
Tap the Profile tab.

Tap “Delete account”
It's listed under Settings, near the bottom of the screen.

Confirm and enter the code we email you
We send a one-time verification code to the email on your account. Enter it to confirm.

Your account is deleted immediately
There's no waiting period — deletion happens as soon as the code is verified.

Don't have the app installed?

Email uanikprojects@gmail.com from the address on your account, with the subject “Delete my account,” and let us know whether it's a Taskpot or Taskpot Provider account. We'll process the request within 30 days.

What gets deleted

Your name and email address, replaced with an anonymized placeholder
Your password
Your account QR code image
All active sessions and any pending verification codes

What's retained

Ticket and job records tied to your account stay in the system — not deleted — so the other party's records (a provider's job history, or a customer's service history) stay intact. Once your account is anonymized, these records are no longer linked to identifiable personal information about you.
